Overview


Title:     Attracting and Motivating Talent through Project Branding
This presentation will show how branding can be applied to projects to increase mindshare, motivate resources and improve communications. The basics of branding will be covered along with real world examples to illustrate what works and what doesn’t.  Idea resources will also be presented.

• Understand what branding is
• Learn how project branding can help communicate communications
• Understand the use of humor and metaphor in branding
• Review successful and unsuccessful examples
• Find resources and materials for creating brand  


Speaker:    Paul Coogan, PMP, Technical Project Manager, Disney Consumer Products
Paul Coogan is a certified Project Management Professional currently working as a Technical Project Manager for Disney Consumer Products where he is responsible for technical infrastructure planning and development to the global business. Previously, he has managed infrastructure projects at Universal Studios and development teams at LRN and Dr.Drew.com. Paul also holds a bachelor of Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute and when not drawing in Visio he likes to draw with charcoal or pencil.
